Adapter

Description:
B&T Exact produces adapters which in some cars are used as a connecting piece between the differential gear and the rear axle. As these parts are used to fix the differential gear to the rear axle, these adapters are safety-related parts. In order to ensure the 0 ppm-request of our customers for these parts, B&T Exact has implemented a special, fully automatic test procedure into the production process, which guarantees a 100 % check.
Guide washers

Description:
The guide washers produced by us are fitted to the transverse links of the front axle, for example. As they are safety-related parts, the guide washers have to undergo a 100 % control. This is done fully automatically by testing the hardness of each component.
Mounting brackets

Description:
The mounting brackets on the photo are used in many different cars. They are used for example for fitting the sway bars of the front and rear axle. A special hardening process makes it possible to produce components with a high degree of deformation. They are made of an originally softer aluminum alloy. After the hardening process our mounting bracket possesses the same stability as a forging.
Rubber-metal elements

Description:
Rubber-metal connections have been in use in the automotive industry for many years. We are using high-strength aluminium alloys for our products. The fact that aluminium has a low weight combined with high stability is a great advantage in contrast to steel or other metal alloys. Combining aluminium with rubber is the optimal solution for absorbing vibrations in coupling rod bearings, vibration dampers or bump stops.
Subframes - bearing housings

Description:
The bearing housings produced by B&T Exact are used in subframes. We achieve low tolerances for the bearing seats used in subframes by means of a specially designed production process. At the same time our solution without additional connecting elements offers the integrated fixing of cables or other parts.
Coupling rods

Description:
Coupling rods are important connecting components, e.g. between the sway bar and the suspension struts of a car. Owing to our special cold-forging process we can achieve the utmost size accuracy. At the same time, the fatigue strength and the alternating fatigue strength are being increased by residual compressive stress. This method allows us to produce extremely cost-effective for you. Due to the inferior gross weight and due to a lower investment in tools - compared to aluminum die forging -, we can produce for you at a reasonable cost.
Sway bar clamp with crash protection function

Description:
In contrast to standard mounting clamps, the sway bar clamps of B&T Exact fulfill another additional function. The components that you see on the photo connect the sway bar with the front axle of the car. Due to the wedge form, the sway bar clamp is a safety-related, crash-absorbing part. In the moment of a frontal Crash, the sway bar clamp guides the impact force downwards away from the car. Thus the impact energy won’t arrive completely in the inside of the car.
