The guide washers produced by us are fitted to the transverse links of the front axle, for example. As they are safety-related parts, the guide washers have to undergo a 100 % control. This is done fully automatically by testing the hardness of each component.

In modern electric mobility, electric vehicles are equipped with battery systems, the so called cell stacks. For these cell stacks B&T Exact delivers frontal and lateral mounting and cooling plates made of aluminium hollow chamber profiles with a special surface quality. At the same time aluminium ensures optimum heat dissipation and makes an important contribution to the active thermal management of the battery.

The mounting brackets on the photo are used in many different cars. They are used for example for fitting the sway bars of the front and rear axle. A special hardening process makes it possible to produce components with a high degree of deformation. They are made of an originally softer aluminum alloy. After the hardening process our mounting bracket possesses the same stability as a forging.

Spacer sleeves are fitted in trapezoidal-link rear axles. The main task of these parts – as their name already suggests - is to bridge spaces and to transfer high axial forces at the same time.

B&T Exact realises torque arms with a high resistance to mechanical strain, made of extruded aluminium profiles with hollow chambers. They are used for cars with transversally-installed engines. As a connecting element between motor-gearbox and chassis, torque elements are exposed to high loads. They have to absorb shocks and at the same time isolate structure-bone noises. We can realise accurate centre distances, exact bearing seat diameters and high strength of the components in only a few and therefore low-cost working processes.

The gear components produced by us are made out of selected POM materials. These ensure a lasting stability without wear in continuous operation. Gear wheels and housings for the electric drive of our electric blinds make part of the plastic injection moulded parts produced by us.

The bearing housings produced by B&T Exact are used in subframes. We achieve low tolerances for the bearing seats used in subframes by means of a specially designed production process. At the same time our solution without additional connecting elements offers the integrated fixing of cables or other parts.

B&T Exact produces housings for centre bearings used to position the cardan shaft. They belong to the vehicle safety parts. Our centre bearing housings are equipped with a predetermined breaking point. In case of a strong frontal Crash, the housing breaks and guides the cardan shaft away from the car. Thus the cardan shaft can neither enter the vehicle interior nor hurt any passengers.
